SOME ESA CLAIMANTS WILL NO LONGER BE REASSESSED

From 29/9/2017 the Government has announced in a policy paper that some clients in the Support Group will no longer have their ESA(or equivalent under Universal Credit) reassessed. Criteria is that a client needs to have '...have a severe, lifelong disability, illness or health condition...(and)...are unlikely to ever be able to move into work.'

 
This doesn't apply for clients in the Work Related Activity Group.
