The government has released more details on the Energy Bills Support Scheme-
'will deliver a £400 non-repayable discount... from October'
'no need to apply for the discount. Energy suppliers will deliver this support to GB households with a domestic electricity connection over 6 months from October 2022.'

Cost of Living Payments- £326 paid- 'One in four families across the UK who are in receipt of means-tested DWP benefts are due to receive a payment of £326 before the end of July 2022'
Pensioner Cost of Living Payments- £300 extra payment enabled- new regulations have been issued.
Welsh Government’s Fuel Support Scheme- In November 2021, the Welsh Government launched a £51 million Household Support Fund which included a one-off £100 cash payment to help with the cost of fuel for households in receipt of working-age means-tested benefts. This has been extended for another year and eligibility widened. The £200 payment will be available -'again to those on universal credit, legacy means-tested beneft and working tax credits ...but also those on child tax credits, pension credits, disability benefts, carers allowance, contributory benefts and those receiving help from the Council Tax Reduction Scheme.
