Starting on 9 9 2024 for a five year period, medical reports for benefits will be provided by -
Lot 1 (North England and Scotland): Maximus UK Services Limited;
Lot 2 (Midlands and Wales): Capita Business Services Limited;
Lot 3 (South West England): Serco limited;
Lot 4 (South East England, London and East Anglia): Ingeus UK Limited; and
Lot 5 (Northern Ireland): Capita Business Services Limited.
All assessment services in a geographical area will be performed by a single provider, which will give the DWP and Provider the opportunity to join up the claimant experience across different benefits.
