I was wondering if you could help me with an issue that I have. I have a lady who has a UC claim that was set up by her previous care providers. This is an online claim. I need to claim housing for her. Unfortunately nobody seems to know the user name and password for the claim so that we can get access. We have tried the previous care team, social services etc. Is there a way of getting access or do I need to do a new claim?
