Lady is off sick, has 2 children 7 and 8 years and is single. She has breast cancer, is having treatment but will not know when she can return to work. She is self employed and has put fit notes in to UC from doctor.
Would she be eligible to claim LCWWR for the time she is not working? At the moment her income is only standard, 2 children, housing. I have advised to apply for PIP but wondered if there was anything else whilst she is in this position.
