I am speaking to a woman regarding Pension Credit, her State Pension comes to £221 so not eligible for PC at first glance. However, she would be eligible for a SDP which would bring her overall PC (should she be eligible) to approx. £299.
My question is – will PC calculate her SDP eligibility and award into the overall PC eligibility, or does her SP have to be under £218 for her to even consider applying for PC?
