I have a query about temporary absences from someone in our team:
Our tenant claims UC, her cousin is living in the property and claims PIP so there is no non dep charge. The cousin is due to go into rehab soon and unsure for how long. The query is, when does the claimant have to notify UC that her cousin will be temporarily absent and what the rules are regarding temporary absences?
