The Cost of Living Crisis has made it vital to ensure clients are maximising their entitlement to Welfare Benefits.
Building on our other courses and resources, this course looks at changes and topical issues over the last year or so, and coming year.
It will include amongst other topics-
- Managed Migration to Universal Credit
- Cost of Living Payments
- terminal illness and special rules changes
- fuel deductions and benefits
- problems around the Work Capability Assessment and Universal Credit
- delays in PIP assessments
- a check list for maximising Benefits, including potential remedies
duration— online 1 day (spread over 2 consecutive days 10am- 1pm with a break)
This course will remain interactive with group working, discussion, quizzes etc. and a hard colour copy of the course booklet posted to you.
Course Level- Update (for delegates with at least a good basic knowledge of the Benefits system)
